Some evenings are remembered by their flavors, atmosphere, and the emotions they leave behind.
That was exactly the spirit of our first Gastro Meeting, held at the
NEST Restaurant, within HOGO Hotel.

This exclusive culinary event brought together world master chefs
Zdravko Štrbac and Damir Sertić, whose expertise and creativity
resulted in a menu perfectly paired with wines from Despotika Winery.

The food and wine pairing went far beyond technical precision—it became a complete sensory
experience. Each bite naturally followed the next sip, creating a harmony of flavors that guests
truly enjoyed. Smiles around the table told the entire story.

Once again, NEST Restaurant proved to be a place where gastronomy is experienced through every
sense—taste, design, ambiance, and impeccable service. The first Gastro Meeting confirmed that
exceptional cuisine, quality wine, and the right atmosphere create unforgettable moments.

We are therefore delighted to invite you to our second Gastro Meeting, taking place
on February 21st at 3:00 PM, at NEST Restaurant, within HOGO Hotel.

Expect a new culinary journey, fresh inspirations, and another opportunity to enjoy the perfect
union of fine dining and wine.
